A process for the preparation of an hypoallergenic mosaic antigen derived from an allergen is disclosed wherebya) in a first step the allergen is split into at least two parts and the IgE reactivity of each part is determined andb) in a second step those parts of the allergen which have no detectable IgE reaction are combined to a mosaic antigen which comprises the amino acids of the allergen but the order of the amino acids of the mosaic antigen is different from that of the naturally occurring allergen.
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un antigène hypoallergénique en mosaïque dérivé d'un allergène, consistant a) à diviser l'allergène en au moins deux parties et à déterminer la réactivité à l'IgE de chaque partie, puis b) à combiner les parties de l'allergène ne présentant pas de réaction détectable à l'IgE à un antigène en mosaïque comprenant les acides aminés de l'allergène, l'ordre des acides aminés de l'antigène en mosaïque étant différent de celui de l'allergène naturel.
