Polymeric compositions are disclosed comprising protonated, electrically conducting polyaniline; cyclic organic compounds capable of forming ring-ring interactions with the six-membered rings of the polyaniline and hydrogen bondingwith the NH groups of the polyaniline; and anionic surface active additives. According to the invention, no particular requirements are posed for the counter- ions of polyaniline, which allows for the use of non-functionilized conter-ions.The conducting polyaniline complexes of the invention are processible in the fluid-phase and exhibit significantly improved electrical properties.

L'invention concerne des compositions polymères contenant une polyaniline protonée et conductrice d'électricité; des composés organiques cycliques dont les noyaux sont capables d'interagir avec les noyaux à six éléments de la polyaniline et d'établir des liaisons hydrogène avec les groupes NH de la polyaniline; et des tensioactifs anioniques utilisés comme additifs. Selon l'invention, aucune restriction particulière n'existe au niveau des contre-ions de la polyaniline, et on peut utiliser des contre-ions n'ayant pas de propriétés fonctionnelles particulières. Les compositions de polyaniline conductrices de l'invention peuvent être utilisées en fabrication sous une forme fluide et elles ont des propriétés électriques améliorées.
