A production method of iron carbide capable of efficiently producing an iron carbide in response to a grain size of an iron-containing material or to the progress of the reaction, comprising the steps of fluidizing a coarse ore in sections (8a to 8e) inside a fluidized bed type reactor (7), fluidizing a fine ore in sections (9a to 9d), and regulating a flow rate of a reaction gas to be supplied to the sections of the fine ore with a flow rate regulating valve (11).

L'invention porte sur un procédé efficace de production de carbure de fer fonction de la taille des grains d'un matériau contenant du fer ou de la progression de la réaction, qui consiste à fluidiser du minerai brut dans les zones (8a à 8e) d'un réacteur (7) à lit fluidisé, puis à fluidiser du minerai fin dans les zones (9a à 9d) dudit réacteur, puis à réguler le débit du gaz de réaction alimentant les zones contenant le minerai fin à l'aide d'une vanne (11) régulatrice de débit.
