This invention describes the germination technology for cereal and oil seeds for the production of enzymes and also describes the production technology of various high activity enzyme products such as phytase from the germinated seeds. The invention provides the use of germinated seeds after crushing (or pulverizing) as economically viable raw materials for mixed feeds and also provides the use of the enzyme products as filler materials for various pharmaceuticals for livestock. The production of enzyme products from seeds are achieved through four processes including selection process of seeds, the processes of germination, culture and dry, crushing process and packaging process. -19-
L'invention décrit la technologie de germination pour des graines de céréales et d'oléagineux destinée à la production d'enzymes, ainsi que la technologie pour obtenir divers produits enzymatiques à haute activité, comme la phytase, à partir de graines germées. L'invention prévoit l'emploi des graines germées, après broyage (ou pulvérisation), comme matières premières économiquement viables dans les alimentations mixtes, ainsi que l'utilisation des produits enzymatiques comme charges pour divers produits pharmaceutiques destinés au bétail. L'obtention de produits enzymatiques à partir de graines est réalisée grâce à quatre procédés, incluant la sélection des graines, la germination, le processus de culture, séchage et broyage, et enfin le conditionnement.
