The invention provides a vector for expressing a heterologous gene encoding a polypeptide of interest in a Gram-negative prokaryote and targeting the expressed polypeptide to the outer membrane and/or periplasmic space thereof, the vector comprising nucleic acid encoding a stromal targeting domain (STD). Also provided are host cells containing the vectors, compositions containing the host cells, and the uses of the compositions and host cells.

L'invention concerne un vecteur exprimant un gène hétérologue codant pour un polypeptide considéré dans un procaryote Gram-négatif, et ciblant le polypeptide exprimé vers la membrane extérieure et/ou l'espace périplasmique de celle-ci. Ce vecteur comprend un acide nucléique codant pour un domaine de ciblage de stroma (STD). L'invention concerne également des cellules hôtes contenant ces vecteurs, des compositions contenant les cellules hôtes, et les utilisations de ces compositions et de ces cellules hôtes.
