The invention relates to a process for preparing self-releasing, compact or cellular moulded bodies optionally containing reinforcing agents and made of polyisocyanate polyaddition products by reacting a) organic and/or modified organic polyisocyanates with b) at least one compound with at least two reactive hydrogen atoms and a molecular weight of 500 to 9,000 and optionally c) chain extension and/or cross-linking agents in the presence of d) alkyl and/or alkenyl succinic acid monoamides, -monoamides, poly(alkyl succinic acid)- and/or poly(alkenyl succinic acid)-polyamides, -polyimides, -monoamide monoimides, -polyamide imides, -amide polyimides and- polyamide polyimides or mixtures thereof as internal mould release agents, and also in the presence or absence of e) catalysts, f) blowing agents, g) reinforcing agents, h) auxiliary agents, in an open or closed moulding tool, optionally under compression. The invention also relates to the use of alkyl- and/or alkenyl succinic acid amides and/or imides (d) as internal mould release agents for the preparation of moulded bodies made of polyisocyanate polyaddition products.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de corps moulés autodémoulants, compacts ou cellulaires, contenant éventuellement des agents de renforcement et constitués de produits de polyaddition polyisocyanates, ledit procédé consistant à faire réagir a) des polyisocyanates organiques et/ou organiques modifiés avec b) au moins un composé possédant au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène réactifs et présentant un poids moléculaire de 500 à 9000 et éventuellement avec c) des agents d'allongement de chaîne et/ou de réticulation, en présence de d) monoamides, monoimides d'acide alkylsuccinique, polyamides, polyimides, monoimides de monoamide, imides de polyamide, polyimides d'amide et polyimides d'acide polyalkylsuccinique et/ou d'acide polyalcénylsuccinique, ou de mélange de ceux-ci, en tant qu'agents internes de démoulage, et également en présence ou en l'absence de e) catalyseurs, f) agents de gonflage, g) agents de renforcement, h) agents auxiliaires, dans un outil de moulage ouvert ou fermé, éventuellement sous compression. L'invention concerne également l'utilisation d'amides et/ou d'imides d'acide alkylsuccinique et/ou alcénylsuccinique (d) comme agents internes de démoulage pour la production de corps moulés constitués de produits de polyaddition polyisocyanates.
