Provided herein is a propylene-ethylene copolymer composition which comprises (a) 10 to 25 parts by weight of a first propylene-ethylene copolymer containing 90 wt% or more of ethylene and (b) 75 to 90 parts by weight of a second propylene-ethylene copolymer containing 0.5 to 2.5 wt% of ethylene, the first copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity of na and the second copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity of nb, said intrinsic viscosities being defined by na - nb = -0.2 to +1.2 dl/g. The composition is suitable for use as a film for insulating oil-impregnated capacitors.
