Pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives having an analgetic action, thus being useful as an analgetic, and represented by general formula (1), wherein R1 represents lower alkyl, lower alkenyl, hydroxy-(lower) alkyl, lower alkylthio (lower) alkyl, lower alkanoyloxy (lower) alkyl, lower alkoxy (lower) alkyl, furyl or thienyl; R2 represents pyridyl, 1-oxydopyridyl, lower alkyl- substituted pyrazinyl, lower alkyl-substituted pyrimidinyl or phenyl optionally having one to three substituents selected from among lower alkyl, lower alkoxy and halogeno; R3 represents hydrogen or halogeno; and A represents a single bond or lower alkylene, provided that when R1 is lower alkyl, then R2 is lower alkyl-substituted pyrazinyl or lower alkyl-substituted pyrimidinyl.

La présente invention concerne des dérivés de pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine ayant un effet analgésique qui les rend utiles dans ce rôle, et représentés par la formule générale (1), dans laquelle R?1¿ représente un alkyle inférieur, un alkényle inférieur, un hydroxy-alkyle (inférieur), un alkylthio inférieur alkyle (inférieur), un alcanoyloxy inférieur alkyle (inférieur), un alcoxy inférieur alkyle (inférieur), furyle ou thiényle; R?2¿ représente: pyridyle, 1-oxydopyridyle, pyrazinyle inférieur substitué par un alkyle, pyrimidinyle ou phényle inférieur substitué par un alkyle et ayant en variante de un à trois substituants choisis parmi les alkyles inférieurs, les alcoxy inférieurs et l'halogéno; R?3¿ représente l'hydrogène ou halogéno; et A représente une liaison simple ou un alcène inférieur à condition que, quand R?1¿ est un alkyle inférieur, R?2¿ soit un pyrazinyle inférieur substitué par un alkyle ou pyrimidinyle inférieur substitué par un alkyle.
