Novel pyridocarbazole derivatives having a highly selective cyclic GMP- phosphodiesterease (hereinafter referred to simply as cGMP-PDE) inhibitory effect; a process for producing the same; preventives and/or remedies for pulmonary hypertension, ischemic heart diseases or diseases against which cGMP- PDE inhibitory effects are efficacious, characterized by containing as the active ingredient at least one of these derivatives; and intermediates useful for producing the pyridocarbazole derivatives.
Cette invention se rapporte à de nouveaux dérivés de pyridocarbazole présentant un effet inhibiteur sélectif de la GMP cyclique-phosphodiestérase (désignée simplement par cGMP-PDE), à un procédé de préparation de ces dérivés, à des agents destinés à la prévention ou au traitement de l'hypertension pulmonaire, des cardiopathies ischémiques ou de troubles sur lesquels les effets inhibiteurs de la cGMP-PDE s'avèrent efficaces, lesdits agents se caractérisant en ce qu'ils contiennent en tant qu'ingrédient actif au moins un de ces dérivés, et enfin à des intermédiaires utiles à la préparation des dérivés de pyridocarbazole.
