A rack for switching cabinets is composed of frame pieces and has fastening holes set into the sides of the frame pieces that form the inner edges of the rack. In order to substantially multiply device mounting possibilities, the frame pieces form only a bearing frame and at least part of the frame pieces is or may be rigidly or detachably linked to mounting rails that extend over at least part of the length of the associated frame pieces and form part of the inner edges with their profiled faces provided with rows of fastening holes.

Une baie pour armoires de distribution est constituée de montants et de trous de fixation dans les faces des montants qui forment les bords intérieurs de la baie. Afin de multiplier sensiblement les possibilités de montage d'équipements, les montants ne forment qu'un cadre de support et au moins une partie des montants est reliée ou peut être reliée de manière fixe ou détachable à des rails de montage qui s'étendent sur au moins une partie de la longueur des montants correspondants et qui forment une partie des bords intérieurs, des faces profilées comprenant des rangées de trous de fixation.
