RackEm can be played by two, three or four players. The game RackEm consists of: ~ A square board with side walls (4) and four pockets (1), one in each corner. The area surrounded by the four walls (5) is smooth so that the coins (c) can slide on the surface. Each player sits on one of the four sides of the board, team members face each other (if only two players are playing they should sit opposite to each other). Four areas of play (3) are defined one for each of the four players, by pre-drawn lines on the board. The center of the board has a circle drawn on it (2), where all the coins are supposed to be placed at the beginning of the game (see fig. 6). ~ nine black circular disks (coins). ~ nine white circular disks (coins). ~ one red circular disk called the queen. ~ one striker to hit the coins and/or queen with, and sink them in one of the four pockets of the board. The striker is about twice the diameter of the coins and its thickness varies according to the players preference; usually it is one and a half times the thickness of a coin. The game is played by, each player taking a turn in a clockwise manner. Taking a turn consists of player placing the striker in his predefined area of strike and hitting the striker forward by the flicking action of his index finger which in turn is supposed to hit the coins and sink them into the pocket. Whichever team or player sinks all the coins of a particular colour along with the queen, or scores the most points (when sinking a white is awarded with twenty points, ten for black and fifty for queen) wins the game.
