The invention relates to an electrical installation device, particularly a circuit-breaker, motor protecting switch, and similar, comprising a housing that is formed from shell-type housing parts, an electromagnetic trigger, a thermal trigger, a breaker mechanism with a latching point, a slide which transmits the movements of the thermal trigger and the magnetic trigger to the breaker mechanism in order to unlatch the same, and a striker that is connected to the armature of the electromagnetic trigger and acts upon a movable contact piece of a contact point in case of a short-circuit so as to open the contact point. The shell-type housing parts, the slide, and the striker are made of plastic. At least the slide is formed from radiation- crosslinked thermoplastic to which an additive has been added as a crosslinking promoter before the radiation process.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'installation, notamment un disjoncteur, un coffret de protection et similaires, comportant un boîtier composé de parties de type coquille, un déclencheur électromagnétique, un déclencheur thermique, un verrouillage de connexion présentant une position de verrouillage, un poussoir transmettant les mouvements du déclencheur électromagnétique et du déclencheur thermique au verrouillage de connexion pour son déverrouillage, et une tige de percussion connectée à l'induit du déclencheur électromagnétique, agissant sur une pièce de contact mobile d'une zone de contact en cas de court-circuit pour son ouverture, les parties de boîtier de type coquille, le poussoir et la tige de percussion étant réalisés en plastique. Le poussoir au moins est réalisé en thermoplastique réticulé par irradiation, additionné d'un additif servant de renfort de réticulation avant irradiation.
