ABSTRACT The invention lies in a bolted radiator which permits testing and repair of corner leaks prior to or after side channel assembly. A tank is bolted and sealed to the top and bottom headsheets of the core assembly and each headsheet includes vertical flanges to which the side channels are bolted. Testing and repair of corner leaks can be made prior to side channel assembly or the side channels may be easily removed later for corner leak repair without disturbing the tank to headsheet seal.
