A device for producing a fluid containing a radioactive constituent, comprising a shielded chamber (5) with an opening for receiving an isotope container (6) housing a radioactive isotope (7); a chamber closure (18) adapted for cooperating with and closing the chamber opening; a first fluid port comprising a first hollow needle projecting into the shielded chamberfrom the chamber closure for fluid communication with the isotope container; a second fluid port comprising a second hollow needle projecting into the shielded chamber from the closed end of the chamber opposite the chamber closure for fluid communication with the isotope container; first and second compressible buffers (28, 29) mounted so as to surround at least partially the respective first and second hollow needles (12, 13), each buffer providing an outer surface for contact with opposed ends of the isotope container; and a spacer of a predetermined thickness associated with one or each of the first and second compressible buffers for determining the positioning of the isotope container within the shielded chamber.
L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à produire un fluide contenant un constituant radioactif, comprenant une chambre blindée (5) présentant une ouverture destinée à recevoir un conteneur à isotope (6) logeant un isotope radioactif (7) ; une fermeture de chambre (18) adaptée pour coopérer avec ladite ouverture et fermer celle-ci ; un premier orifice de fluide comprenant une première aiguille creuse en saillie dans la chambre blindée à partir de la fermeture de la chambre, en vue d'assurer une communication de fluide avec le conteneur à isotope ; un second orifice de fluide comprenant une seconde aiguille creuse, en saillie dans la chambre blindée, à partir de l'extrémité fermée de la chambre opposée à la fermeture de chambre pour la communication de fluide avec le conteneur à isotope ; un premier et un second tampons compressibles (28, 29), montés de manière à entourer, au moins partiellement, respectivement, la première et la seconde aiguilles creuses (12, 13), chaque tampon formant une surface externe pour le contact avec les extrémités opposées du conteneur à isotope ; et un espaceur d'une épaisseur prédéterminée, associée avec l'un, ou chacun, des premier et second tampons compressibles, en vue de déterminer le positionnement du conteneur à isotope dans la chambre blindée.
