A rail pulley that applies tension to rail sections to redact the gap between the ends of rail sections. The rail pulley comprises a first clamp assembly and a second clamp assembly located at opposite ends of the rail pullet. A clamping beam is coupled to the first clamp assembly and the second clamp assembly, and has a clamping cylinder that extends and retracts to adjust the length of the clamping beam. At least two pulling members are coupled to the first clamp assembly and the second clamp assembly, and each pulling member has a pulling cylinder that extends and retracts to adjust the length of the pulling member. The clamping cylinder extends to clamp the clamp assemblies to rail sections, and the pulling cylinders retract to draw the clamp assemblies toward one another and reduce the gap between the rail sections.
Un tendeur de rail qui exerce une tension sur les sections de rail pour réduire l'écart entre les extrémités des sections de rail. Le tendeur de rail se compose d'une première bride et d'une seconde bride aux extrémités opposées du tendeur. Une poutre de serrage est couplée à la première et à la deuxième brides, et comporte un vérin de traction qui s'allonge et se rétracte pour régler la longueur de la poutre de serrage.
