A system and process for use by a financial institution to facilitate relationship pricing in connection with a single account (102) that includes a plurality of account components, including a checking component, a savings component, and an investment component. The system (104) includes software engines operated on specially programmed general purpose computers. The engines are sub-systems that generate input and drive another sub-system or the product processors. The overall function of the engines is to, among other things, allow pricing to be determined based on a customer's total individual or household (100) relationship to the financial institution. The preferred system includes a rate engine, a pricing engine, a linkage engine, a balance engine, and a cycle engine.
L'invention porte sur un système et un procédé destiné à des institutions bancaires et facilitant la tarification sur mesure des charges pour prestations bancaires liées à un compte unique (102) et comprenant plusieurs sections de compte, c.-à-d. des sections relatives aux cheques, à l'épargne et aux investissements. Le système (104) comporte des machines-logiciels tournant sur des ordinateurs courants spécialement programmés. Lesdites machines-logiciels sont des sous-systèmes générant des signaux d'entrée et pilotant un autre sous-système ou les processeurs de produits. La fonction générale des machines est notamment de permettre de fixer les tarifications en fonction des relations (100) du client ou de son ménage avec l'institution bancaire. Le système préféré comporte des machines pour les taux, pour la taxation, pour les liaisons, pour le bilan et pour les cycles.
