A method and system (50) for controlling a dispensation of fluids utilizing at least one metered valve apparatus (62, 64) controlling a movement of fluid from at least one bulk fluid reservoir (72) through at least one conduit (70) in response to an authorization signal. A central controller (52) establishes an electronic interconnection map corresponding to plumbing interconnections between the at least one bulk fluid reservoir (72) and the at least one fluid conduit (70) and employs the electronic interconnection map to generate the authorization signal. A remote communication link (78) from the central processor (52) to the at least one metered valve apparatus (62, 64) facilitates a transmission of the authorization signal.
