Apparatus for controlling at least one electrical device (54) by remote control includes at least one control device (50) coupled to the electrical device (54) by a power line connection, the control device (50) having a switch (58, 59) for adjusting the status of the electrical device (54). The control device (50) has a radio frequency (RF) transmitter/receiver for adjusting and communicating the status of the electrical device. A master control unit (20) is provided having at least one actuator and status indicator (22). The master unit (20) has a transmitter/receiver for transmitting RF information to control the status of the electrical device and for receiving the status information from the control device (50). The master control unit (20) indicates status of the electrical device(54). A repeater transmitter/receiver (40) is provided for receiving the RF signal from the master unit (20) and transmitting control information to the control device (50) and for receiving the status information.
L'invention porte sur un appareil permettant de télécommander au moins un appareillage électrique (54) comprenant au moins un dispositif de commande (50) relié audit appareillage (54) par une ligne d'alimentation électrique, et muni d'un interrupteur (58, 59) servant à modifier l'état de l'appareillage (54). Le dispositif de commande (50) comporte en outre un émetteur/récepteur radio servant à modifier et transmettre l'état de l'appareillage (54). L'invention comporte également une unité principale de commande (20) comportant au moins un bouton de commande et un indicateur d'état (22) ainsi qu'un émetteur/récepteur émettant des informations RF commandant l'état de l'appareillage électrique, et recevant des informations d'état de l'appareil de commande (50). L'unité principale (20) indique l'état de l'appareillage (54). Un émetteur/récepteur répéteur (40) reçoit le signal RF de l'unité principale (20), transmet des informations de commande au dispositif de commande (50), et reçoit les informations d'état.
