A reconstituted human antibody against human interleukin-8 (IL-8), comprising (A) L chains comprising: (1) the human L-chain C region, and (2) the L-chain V region containing the human L-chain FR and the L-chain CDR of a mouse monoclonal antibody against IL-8; and (B) H chains comprising: (1) the human H- chain C region, and (2) the H-chain V region containing the human H-chain FR and the H-chain CDR of a mouse monoclonal antibody against IL-8. As the major part of the reconstituted antibody derives from a human antibody and antigenicity of the CDR is low, this antibody has a low antigenicity against the human body, thus being expected to be applicable for medical therapy.
Anticorps humain reconstitué dirigé contre l'interleukine-8 (IL-8) humaine comprenant (A) des chaînes L comportant: (1) la région C de la chaîne L humaine, (2) la région V de la chaîne L contenant la chaîne L humaine FR, et la chaîne L CDR d'un anticorps monoclonal de souris dirigé contre l'IL-8; et (B) des chaînes H comportant: (1) la région C de la chaîne H humaine, (2) la région V de la chaîne H humaine contenant la chaîne H FR, et la chaîne H CDR d'un anticorps monoclonal de souris dirigé contre l'IL-8. Comme la majeure partie de l'anticorps reconstitué dérive d'un anticorps humain, le caractère antigénique de CRD est faible, notamment vis-à-vis du corps humain, ce qui permet de l'envisager pour des traitmeents médicaux.
