Resume submittal has always been a personal act. Both style and presentation quality of the resume has depended on the individual and their idea or thoughts on professionalism. With this invention, the act of resume submittal would become both standardized and much more uniformed. The invention consists of neat and attractive folder or transparency casing, paper, envelope, and other special stationary directed solely to the act of submitting a resume. The folder will be specially designed with two lips running on both the top and bottom, and will be 2mm larger than the standard 8.5 X 11 paper. The folder can be either 'open book', or a three-way portfolio base. The front of the folder will have an area for the individual's name, telephone number, position applied for and a file number which gives easy referral for the potential employer. Having everything encased in this special folder will avoid lost papers, assist during interview times, and will simplify the act of tracking and recalling resume files for the individuals in question.
