ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A rigid breathable sheathing comprised of a polymer ply sandwiched between two fiberglass sheets and with a thermally reflective lamina attached to one or both sides. To effectuate the breathability characteristic, a plurality of orifices are formed in the sheathing and extend substantially or completely through the sheathing. The orifices allow water vapor and gasses to pass through the sheathing without substantially reducing the rigidity or thermal insulation properties of the sheathing.
