ABSTRACT OF INVENTION A sack comprises a sealing member which is provided at an appropriate position of the sack , and a dried adhesive agent is spread on the inner walls of the sealing member . A supply pipe comprises a curved head from which a nozzle projects. The supply pipe is inserted to supply powder materials into the sack , via an aperture of the sealing member , and then, after supply, the pipe comes within the inner walls of the sealing member where an activator is jetted from the nozzle . Sealing of the sack is performed during it falls from a supporting member , owing to the outward pressure of the powder materials supplied in the sack .
