ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE This invention relates to a reinforced human safety and restraining harness including a front vest, a pair of criss- crossing back straps, a waist belt, a reinforcing belt, and a tether belt. The back straps are sized to fit over the back of a person in a criss-crossing fashion from top to bottom and secured to the top of the front vest and releasably secured at the bottom to the waist belt. The reinforcing belt extends from an adjustable means and is adjustably mounted to reinforce the entire harness and support the person therein. The tether belt extends from the reinforcing belt and terminates around a guardian's wrist, on a restraining element, or releasably secured around the waist belt.
