The invention concerns a syringe (S) comprising a body (K) forming a liquid reservoir, and a plunger (P) mounted mobile in the body (K). Said body (K) is housed axially mobile in a safety guard (1) between an active position wherein the needle (A) projects through the guard (1) distal end, and a protective position wherein the needle (A) is retracted into the guard (1) and towards which the body (K) is elastically returned. The body (K) is blocked relatively to the guard in active position by locking means (6) countering the elastic force returning the body, releasable by means (8) activated when the plunger (P) is in a position wherein it has injected the liquid.
La seringue (S) comporte un corps (K), formant un réservoir de liquide, portant une aiguille (A) d'injection du liquide, et un poussoir (P) monté déplaçable dans le corps (K). Ce corps (K) est logé déplaçable axialement dans un fourreau de sécurité (1) entre une position active, dans laquelle l'aiguille (A) fait saillie à travers une extrémité distale du fourreau (1), et une position de protection dans laquelle l'aiguille (A) est escamotée dans le fourreau (1) et vers laquelle le corps (A) est rappelé élastiquement. Le corps (K) est immobilisé par rapport au fourreau en position active par des moyens de blocage (6) s'opposant à la force élastique de rappel du corps, libérables par des moyens (8) activés lorsque le poussoir (P) est dans une position de fin d'injection de liquide.
