Signal Light Jacket 10 for riders of non-enclosed vehicles, comprises of a signaling apparatus and signaling operating system (50). The Signal Light Jacket 10 includes six signal lamp assemblies 12a,12b,12c,12d,12e,12f attached to the front left, front right, back left, back right, left shoulder and right shoulder which electrically communicates with the master controller 22, and with the power source in battery assembly 23, controlled by plurality of switch assemblies 18 and sends said control signal data to the lamp assemblies 12 through the microcontroller 61 according to preprogrammed, predetermined signal data, wherein said signal lamps 12 perform sequences of colors and sequences of signals to indicate the left turn signal, right turn signal, stopping signal, moving signal, including American/European mode, clicking sound mode jogging mode, sound control mode. The system also comprises of a secondary switching system that operates by remote control 26, sensor control 25 and voice control 27 methods, and changeable color lenses and lights, wherein said Jacket 10 to be , used Internationally according to any non- enclosed vehicle rules posed by any state or country. In addition, comprises of a method that said Signal light Jacket 10 could be inserted into the Signal Light Vest (11) and worn as a Signal Light Vest as well.
