Sanitary fitting comprising a basic element (12) which is designed to be fastened to an object (20) and has a passage (28) defining an axis (30), a fitting part (14) having a sleeve-shaped portion (70) which in a free end region has a casing-side transverse groove (88), the sleeve-shaped portion (70) reaching through the passage (28), being mounted in the basic element (12), and an annular, single-part guide clamp (16) disposed coaxially to the axis (30) and having a guide portion (128) for the mounting of the fitting part (14) in the basic element (12), and a latching portion (124) for cooperation with the transverse groove (88) configured as a ring groove. The guide clamp (16) is fixed in the transverse groove (88) and has between the guide portion (128) and the latching portion (124) a radial slot (118) running in the peripheral direction. The latching portion (124) protrudes radially outwards over the guide portion (128) disposed in the passage and thereby cooperates with a mating shoulder (34) configured on the basic element (12) in order to prevent the fitting part (14) from being pulled out of the basic element (12).
