The present invention relates to acidic sanitizing and/or cleaning compositions comprising a specific quaternary antimicrobial system consisting of C1-C4 hydroxyalkyl carboxylic acids, C5-C18 alkyl monocarboxylic acids, unsubstituted or substituted, saturated or unsaturated C4-dicarboxylic acids and additional inorganic or organic acids. The compositions of the present invention can be present in the form of concentrates and in the form of diluted use solutions. They can be used in a process for sanitizing and/or cleaning hard surfaces, preferably in a cleaning-in-place (CIP) and/or sanitize-in-place (SIP) process for cleaning and/or sanitizing plants in the food, dairy, beverage, brewery and soft drink industries.
La présente invention concerne des compositions nettoyantes et/ou désinfectantes acides, comprenant un système antimicrobien quaternaire spécifique composé d'acides carboxyliques d'hydroxyalkyle en C¿1?-C¿4?, d'acides monocarboxyliques d'alkyle en C¿5?-C¿18?, d'acides dicarboxyliques en C¿4? saturés ou non saturés, substitués ou non substitués et d'acides organiques ou inorganiques supplémentaires. Les compositions de cette invention peuvent se présenter sous forme de concentrés et sous forme de solutions utilisables diluées. Ces compositions peuvent être utilisées dans un procédé de désinfection et/ou de nettoyage de surfaces dures, de préférence dans un procédé de nettoyage en place (CIP) et/ou de désinfection en place (SIP) pour le nettoyage et/ou la désinfection d'usines des industries alimentaire, du lait, des boissons, de la bière et des boissons non alcoolisées.
