The present invention relates to novel mutants of human stromal cell-derived factor-1 which exhibit increased gly-cosaminoglycan (GAG) binding affinity and inhibited or down-regulated GPCR activity compared to wild type SDF-1, methods for producing these mutants and to their use for preparing medicaments for the treatment of cancer.
La présente invention porte sur de nouveaux mutants de facteur-1 issu de cellule stromale humaine qui présentent une affinité de liaison au glycosaminoglycane (GAG) accrue et une activité de GPCR inhibée ou régulée de façon négative par comparaison avec le SDF-1 de type sauvage, sur des procédés de production de ces mutants et sur leur utilisation pour préparer des médicaments pour le traitement du cancer.
