A bag (10) is disclosed and comprises first (19) and second (13) walls connected together along their sides and bottom and a flap (24) connected to a top of one (13) of the walls. The flap (24) and this one wall (13) together form a transversely extending Z-fold. An adhesive strip (18) closes an open mouth (16) of the bag (10) and extends transversely across an inner surface of said one wall (13). A protective band (22) extends transversely across an inner section (64) of the flap (24) to cover and contact the strip. The flap (24) also has a projecting outer section (38) which can be pulled outwardly away from the interior of the bag to expose the strip. A method of making sheeting suitable for making these bags is also disclosed wherein an aqueous coating of release material is applied as a band to a strip of plastic sheeting by a printing press and then dried using a hot air dryer.
Cette invention concerne un sac (10) comprenant une première (19) et une seconde (13) paroi rattachées l'une à l'autre sur leurs côtés et leur partie inférieure, ainsi qu'un rabat (24) fixé à la partie supérieure d'une (13) des parois. Ce rabat (24) et ladite paroi (13) constituent une partie pliée en forme de Z s'étendant transversalement. Un ruban adhésif (18) sert à fermer la gueule ouverte (16) du sac (10) et s'étend transversalement sur une surface interne de cette paroi (13). Une bande de protection (22) s'étend transversalement sur une partie interne (64) du rabat (24) afin de recouvrir et de venir au contact du ruban adhésif. Le rabat (24) comprend également une partie externe (38) saillante pouvant être retirée vers l'extérieur depuis l'intérieur du sac pour exposer le ruban adhésif. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de feuilles permettant de fabriquer ces sacs, un revêtement aqueux de produit anti-adhérant étant appliqué en bande sur une bande de feuilles de plastique au moyen d'une presse à imprimer après quoi il est séché à l'aide d'un sécheur à air chaud.
