The device is comprised essentially of a cross-beam (1), supported by masts (2) to which are fixed spraying heads (3) supplied through by-pass lines (13) from a conduit (4), sucking from a vat (5) through a filter (6) and a motor pump (7) and discharging into the vat (5) through a powered valve (8). The method consists in the fine spraying of the fluid in an air flow in order to obtain the quasi-instantaneous vaporization of liquid elements causing the precipitation by gravity of solid elements resulting from crystalization of dissolved materials or from the separation of suspended materials.
PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de séparation de matières en suspension ou en solution dans un liquide et leurs domaines d'application. Le dispositif est constitué principalement d'une traverse, supportée par des mâts, à laquelle sont fixées des têtes de pulvérisation, alimentées par l'intermédiaire de dérivations réalisées sur une conduite, aspirant dans un bassin par l'intermédiaire d'un filtre et d'une moto-pompe et refoulant dans le bassin par l'intermédiaire d'une vanne motorisée. Le procédé consiste à pulvériser finement le fluide dans un flux d'air, afin d'obtenir la vaporisation quasi-instantanée des éléments liquides provoquant la précipitation par gravité des éléments solides résultant de la cristallisation des matières dissoutes ou de la séparation des matières en suspension.
