A tissue package (10) comprising a dispensing package (12) and tissues (14). The dispensing package (12) has a dispensing opening (16) which constricts the tissues (14) as they are withdrawn through the opening (16). The tissues (14) are disposed in the dispensing package (12) in a non-interleaved pattern. Each tissue (14) is releasably attached to the adjacent tissue, so that upon withdrawal through the dispensing opening (16), the tissue (14) pulls an adjacent tissue (14) through the dispensing opening (16). Both reach-in and pop-up dispensing are possible.
