Disclosed is an improved signal-arrival indicator for a mobile phone having a light emission elgnent attached to ias antenna. The light emission element is adapted to be energized for emission of light by using a part of signal-transmission electric pacer. One of the two external terminals of the light emission element is connected to the antenna via a chip diode, and the other external terminal of the light emission element is connected to the antenna via a high-frequency coil, and the high-frequency coil is end around the chip diode. with this arrangement light of good intensity can be used for indication of arrival of signal.
