ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Sizing compositions comprising a combination of several adhesive agents capable of being cross-linked, an acrylic polymer and a coupling agent, are used to treat glass fibers in order to provide improved plastic reinforcing fibers especially suited to use in sheet molding compounds whereby molded articles, particularly large pieces formed therefrom will have improved reinforcement and surface characteristics.
