ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An aqueous-based size for gun roving glass fibers comprises an epoxidized polyvinyl acetate copolymer in combination with a vinyl acetate- ethylene copolymer and a vinyl acetate copolymer. The sizing of the present invention is particularly suitable for reinforcing gun roving reinforced products inasmuch as the sized roving chops well, exhibits low static and possesses superior wet-out sprayed with the resins.
