A photolithography method includes the steps of (a) forming a film by coating a film forming composition having a bonding resin and a film forming material on a substrate and drying the resultant; (b) selectively coating a photosensitive composition comprising a photosensitizer only on a predetermined portion of the film, according to a desired film pattern; (c) exposing the resultant obtained in step (b); and (d) forming a desired film pattern by devloping the exposed resultant. Therefore, a film pattern having excellent film characteristics can be manufactured easily and efficiently. The photolithography method can be applied to any product which requires the formation of a film pattern, for example, a VFD, CRT, FED or PDP.
L'invention concerne un procédé de photolithographie intelligente, comprenant les étapes suivantes: (a) formation d'un film par application d'une composition filmogène contenant une résine de liaison et un matériau filmogène, sur un substrat, puis séchage; (b) application sélective d'une composition photosensible contenant un agent photosensibilisant, uniquement sur une partie prédéterminée du film, en fonction du motif de film désiré; (c) exposition du résultat obtenu à l'étape (b); et (d) formation d'un motif de film désiré par développement du résultat de l'étape (c). On peut ainsi produire facilement et efficacement un motif de film présentant d'excellentes propriétés. Ce procédé de photolithographie peut être appliqué à n'importe quel produit nécessitant la formation d'un motif de film, par exemple, un affichage électroluminescent, un tube cathodique, un affichage à émission de champ, ou un écran plat à plasma.
