ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved smoke discharger grenade has a propellant charge chamber that is resistant to very high pressures and a propellant charge of smokeless powder that can be ignited elec- trically through a primer charge. In the top and base face sur- faces of the propellant charge chamber there is a capillary drilling. High pressure propellant charge gases enter a smoke discharger barrel and facilitate the smooth acceleration of the smoke discharger grenade to be ejected, such that heavier smoke discharger grenades can be fired. The smoke charge filling is ignited through the top capillary drilling.
