An apparatus for analyzing fluid flow in a pipe includes an ultrasonic flowmeter having a plurality of transducers. The apparatus includes a flow element having a completely smooth bore through which the fluid flows, and a plurality of cavities, each of the cavities has one of the plurality of transducers disposed in it and which is in communication with the fluid flowing through the bore. An apparatus for analyzing fluid flow in a pipe includes an ultrasonic flowmeter having a plurality of transducers. The apparatus includes a flow element having a bore with an internal diameter and a surface through which fluid flows, a plurality of cavities each of which has an opening in the surface. Each of the cavities has one of the plurality of transducers disposed in it.
Un appareil destiné à analyser le débit de fluide dans un tuyau comporte un débitmètre ultrasonique présentant une pluralité de transducteurs. Lappareil comporte un élément fluide présentant un alésage complètement lisse à travers lequel sécoule le fluide, et une pluralité de cavités, un transducteur parmi la pluralité de transducteurs étant disposé dans chacune des cavités et étant en communication avec le fluide sécoulant à travers lalésage. Un appareil destiné à analyser le débit du fluide dans un tuyau comporte un débitmètre ultrasonique présentant une pluralité de transducteurs. Lappareil comporte un élément découlement présentant un alésage ayant un diamètre intérieur et une surface à travers laquelle sécoule le fluide, chacun des cavités dune pluralité de cavités présentant une ouverture dans la surface. Un transducteur parmi la pluralité de transducteurs est disposé dans chacune des cavités. Lappareil comprend un revêtement recouvrant les ouvertures des cavités et empêchant le fluide sécoulant à travers lalésage de pénétrer dans les cavités. La présente invention concerne également un procédé danalyse du débit fluidique dans un tuyau.
