ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The cathode lead structure has a C-shaped thin strip portion formed about the capacitor body and has a solder connection made therebetween. The C-shaped portion of the cathode lead makes possible the easy registration of lead to body prior to soldering, even when tiny bodies are employed, which is especially affective during large batch manufacturing steps in the mass production of capacitors.
