ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Solid electrolyte capacitors having conductive counter- electrodes are substantially finished prior to severing the anode wires from the carrier bar by applying an insulative coating over each counterelectroded body and thereafter forming metal-loaded end-caps over the ends of each body to provide terminations by which the capacitor may be flush mounted to a printed circuit board.
