The present invention provides novel soy formulations comprising 3-23 milligrams of at least one isoflavone per gram of the formulation. The soy formulations may additionally comprise 0.4 to 1.2 grams of protein per gram of the formulation. In another aspect, the present invention provides novel soy formulations comprising diadzin, genistin and glycitin in a ratio of 3:1:2 to 3:4.5:1, preferably approximately 2:1:1 such that diadzin is a major isoflavone component. The present invention further provides dietary supplements and food products comprising a soy formulation of the present invention. In another aspect the present invention provides pharmacological compositions comprising a soy formulation of the present invention. The pharmacological compositions may additionally comprise a medicinal composition. Also disclosed are methods for promoting the health of an individual, preferably utilizing the soy formulations, dietary supplements, food products and/or pharmacological compositions of the present invention.
La présente invention concerne de nouvelles formulations au soja qui contiennent entre 3 et 23 milligrammes d'au moins une isoflavone par gramme de formulation. Les formulations au soja peuvent en outre contenir entre 0,4 et 1,2 gramme de protéine par gramme de formulation. Un autre aspect de l'invention concerne de nouvelles formulations au soja qui comprennent de la diadzine, de la génistine et de la glycitine suivant un rapport compris entre 3:1:2 et 3:4:5:1, qui est de préférence de l'ordre de 2:1:1 de sorte que la diadzine soit un constituant isoflavone principal. L'invention concerne également des suppléments diététiques et des produits alimentaires contenant une formulation au soja de la présente invention. Un autre aspect de l'invention concerne des compositions pharmacologiques contenant une formulation au soja de l'invention. Les compositions pharmacologiques peuvent en outre comprendre une composition médicamenteuse. On décrit également des procédés visant à améliorer la santé d'un individu, de préférence à l'aide des formulations au soja, des suppléments diététiques, des produits alimentaires et/ou des compositions pharmacologiques de la présente invention.
