This invention is aimed to provide a stabilized formulation of ramosetron or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof under a temperature/humidity condition, especially at a low content and relates to a stable oral solid drug composition of ramosetron or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is characterized by containing one or two or more members selected from the group consisting of an aliphatic carboxylic acid or an ester thereof, a hydroxycarboxylic acid or an ester thereof, an acidic amino acid, an enolic acid, an aromatic carboxyl compound or an ester thereof, and a carboxyl group-containing high-molecular substance, and to a stabilization method of the same. Also, this invention relates to a therapeutic agent of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome containing from 0.002 to 0.02 mg of ramosetron hydrochloride as a daily dose or an equivalent molar amount of ramosetron or its pharmaceutically acceptable other salt as an active ingredient.
L'invention concerne une préparation de ramosétron ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier. Dans la préparation, le ramosétron ou son sel est stable dans certaines conditions de température/humidité notamment lorsque sa teneur est faible. Ladite préparation est une composition médicinale solide, stable, d'administration par voie orale, qui contient du ramosétron ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier, et est caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient un ou plusieurs éléments sélectionnés dans le groupe constitué d'acides carboxyliques aliphatiques ou leurs esters, d'acides hydroxycarboxyliques ou leurs esters, d'acides amino acidiques, d'acides énols, de composés carboxy aromatiques ou leurs esters et de substances polymères carboxylées. L'invention concerne également un procédé de stabilisation de ladite composition médicinale ; et un agent de traitement du syndrome du côlon irritable de type diarrhée, lequel contient en tant que principe actif de l'hydrochlorure de ramosétron en une quantité comprise entre 0,002 et 0,02 mg en termes de dose quotidienne ou du ramosétron ou un autre sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de ce dernier en une quantité équimolaire.
