The present invention relates to a stent (10) for the positioning and anchoring of a valvular prosthesis (100) in an implantation site in the heart of a patient. Specifically, the present invention relates to an expandable stent for an endoprosthesis used in the treatment of a nar-rowing of a cardiac valve and/or a cardiac valve insuffi-ciency. So as to ensure that no longitudinal displacement of a valvular prosthesis (100) fastened to a stent (10) will occur relative the stent (10) in the implanted state of the stent (10), even given the peristaltic motion of the heart, the stent (10) according to the invention comprises at least one fastening portion (11, 11a) via which the valvular prosthesis (100) is connectable to the stent (10). The stent (10) further comprises positioning arches (15a, 15b, 15c) and retaining arches (16a, 16b, 16c), whereby at least one positioning arch (15a, 15b, 15c) is connected to at least one retaining arch (16a, 16b, 16c).
La présente invention concerne une endoprothèse vasculaire (10) pour le positionnement et l'ancrage d'une prothèse vasculaire (100) au niveau d'un site d'implantation dans le coeur d'un patient. Spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne une endoprothèse vasculaire extensible pour une endoprothèse utilisée dans le traitement d'un rétrécissement d'une valvule cardiaque et/ou d'une insuffisance valvulaire. De manière à assurer qu'aucun déplacement longitudinal d'une prothèse valvulaire (100) fixée à une endoprothèse vasculaire (10) ne se produise relativement à l'endoprothèse vasculaire (10) dans l'état implanté de l'endoprothèse vasculaire (10), même du fait du mouvement péristaltique du coeur, l'endoprothèse vasculaire (10) selon l'invention comprend au moins une partie de fixation (11, 11a) par laquelle la prothèse vasculaire (100) peut être reliée à l'endoprothèse vasculaire (10). L'endoprothèse vasculaire (10) comprend en outre des arcs de positionnement (15a, 15b, 15c) et des arcs de retenue (16a, 16b, 16c), au moins un arc de positionnement (15a, 15b, 15c) étant relié à au moins un arc de retenue (16a, 16b, 16c).
