This invention comprises of a two-legged siphon, a number of weepholes covered with filter fabric and perforated covers, and a water collection and distribution unit, all of which are installed inside a stormwater system catchbasin to achieve the following: - to reduce stormwater pollution - to improve erosion in watercoarses, lakes and other recieving bodies of water, by lowering floodlines - to increase the capacity of the stormwater recieving system by reducing the volume of discharge and by attenuating peak flows - to increase the recharge of groundwater resources
