Abstract The present invention provides a resin molding having improved thermal resistance and mechanical properties which the properties are insufficient in the polyolefin resin while retaining excellent properties of the polyolefin resin as a molding by forming a dispersion of an interpenetrating network structure in a composition comprising a polyolefin resin and a thermoplastic polyester resin. In the melt-kneading of the polyolefin resin A as the matrix with the thermoplastic polyester resin B, a filler C having a surface tension which is higher than that of the component B at the melt-kneading temperature and an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 50 µm is used in amounts satisfying the following formulae (1) and (2): B/(A+B) = 0.05 to 0.5 (weight ratio) (1) C/(B+C) = 0.1 to 0.7 (weight ratio) (2). - 27 -
