The present invention relates to substituted arylsulphonylaminomethylphosphonic acid derivatives of general formula (I) wherein R, X, Y and Z are defined as in claim 1, the tautomers, enantiomers, diastereomers, mixtures thereof and salts thereof which have valuable pharmacological properties, particularly the suppression of the interaction of glycogen phosphorylase a with the G L subunit of glycogen-associated protein phosphatase 1(PP1), and their use as pharmaceutical compositions.
L'invention concerne des dérivés substitués de l'acide arylsulphonylaminométhylphosphonique de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R, X, Y et Z sont tels que définis dans la première revendication, ainsi que leurs tautomères, énantiomères, diastéréoisomères, mélanges et sels qui présentent des propriétés pharmacologiques précieuses, en permettant en particulier de supprimer l'interaction de la glycogène phosphorylase a avec une sous-unité GL de la protéine phosphatase associée au glycogène 1 (PP1), et leur utilisation en tant que compositions pharmaceutiques.
