The invention concerns a structure for supporting and positioning installed on a truck (2) or a tractor semi-trailer (3) rear lower part; consisting of a mechanical base and a carrier (10), the latter being formed by an end support (9) and two track planes (17) and (18). The track planes (17) and (18) are mobile in translation and inclination simultaneously or successively. Said invention is of interest to manufacturers and body fitters of highway vehicles transporting cars.
