Disclosed is a multi-step process for preparing a compound of Formula I wherein R1 to R3 are as defined herein. The compounds of Formula I inhibit the binding of human intercellular adhesion molecules to the Leukointegrins. As a result, these compounds are useful in the treatment of inflammatory and immune cell-mediated diseases.
La présente invention concerne un procédé en plusieurs étapes pour préparer un composé de formule (I) dans laquelle R1 à R3 sont tels que définis dans cette invention. Les composés de formule (I) inhibent la liaison de molécules d'adhésion intercellulaire humaines aux leuco-intégrines. Ces composés sont par conséquent utilisés pour traiter des maladies inflammatoires et des maladies à médiation par des cellules immunitaires.
