The sources are typically various endpoint service monitoring devices owned by one or more clients. The data collected from the endpoint service monitoring devices is first parsed into a common format. When requested or in accordance with a schedule, data associated with a given client is then translated from the common format into a format specified by the client (typically a format compatible with the client's existing information system). The translated data is then delivered to the client.
