A dermal tissue transplantation system combining a tissue particle harvester (20), a tissue particle collector (30), and a nano-graft cell (40). The system provides a harvester capable of harvesting tissue from a donor site on the order of about 100 microns. The integrated tissue particle collector (10) provides a means for collecting the harvested tissue for in situ cultivation in a chambered dressing at the wound site.

Cette invention concerne un système de transplantation de tissu combinant un dispositif de prélèvement de particules tissulaires (20), un collecteur de particules tissulaires (30) et une cellule pour naonogreffe (40). Le dispositif de prélèvement du système est en mesure de prélever des tissus sur un site donneur de l'ordre de 100 microns. Le dispositif de collecte intégré de particules tissulaires (10) permet de recueillir les tissus prélevés pour culture <i>in situ </i>dans un habillage chambré sur le site de la lésion.
