A container tank body and a processing method thereof are provided. The tank body is arranged in a frame (1) with a square-shaped cross section and comprises a cylindrical main body part (2), end enclosures (3) arranged at two ends of the cylindrical main body part and fixedly connected with the cylindrical main body part, and a tank body strengthening device (4). The cylindrical main body part comprises a plurality of parts with an arc-shaped cross section, the parts are formed by bending and welding a same panel, and the cross section of the cylindrical main body part of the tank body is generally arranged between the square-shaped cross section of the frame and an inscribed circle of the square-shaped cross section. A tank container comprising the tank body is also disclosed. As the cylindrical main body part is made by continuously bending a whole panel, the molding process is simplified so that the cylindrical main body part is only provided with one welding line, thereby remarkably lowering the leakage risk of the container tank body in use and improving the reliability of the container tank body in work; and the structure has quite strong self-anti-load capacity, thereby decreasing the number of the used tank strengthening devices and reducing the deadweight.
La présente invention se rapporte à un corps de conteneur-citerne et à son procédé de traitement. Le corps de citerne est placé dans une structure (1) à section transversale de forme carrée et comprend une pièce de corps principal cylindrique (2), des enceintes d'extrémité (3) disposées aux deux extrémités de la pièce de corps principal cylindrique et reliées fixes à la pièce de corps principal cylindrique, et un dispositif de renforcement de corps de citerne (4). La pièce de corps principal cylindrique comprend une pluralité de pièces à section transversale en forme d'arc, les pièces sont formées par le pliage et le soudage d'un même panneau, et la section transversale de la pièce de corps principal cylindrique du corps de citerne est globalement placée entre la section transversale de forme carrée de la structure et un cercle inscrit de la section transversale de forme carrée. L'invention se rapporte également à un conteneur-citerne comprenant le corps de citerne. Comme la pièce de corps principal cylindrique est créée par le pliage continu d'un panneau tout entier, le processus de moulage est simplifié si bien que la pièce de corps principal cylindrique est pourvue d'une seule ligne de soudage, ce qui permet de réduire considérablement le risque de fuite du corps de conteneur-citerne lors de l'utilisation et d'améliorer la fiabilité du corps de conteneur-citerne en fonctionnement; et la structure a une capacité anti-charge automatique assez importante, ce qui permet de diminuer le nombre des dispositifs de renforcement de citerne utilisés et de réduire le poids mort.
